The service

My Letter Family is an iOS app that helps kids aged 5–10 practice handwriting, block capitals and cursive, through structured letter-family sessions. The website provides information about the app and an optional email list for parents.

Subscriptions and billing

• A free tier is available with no payment details required.
• The full membership is $49.99/year with a 14-day free trial, or $7.99/month.
• All billing runs through your Apple ID via the App Store. We never see your card details.
• Cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Apple Family Sharing is supported, one purchase covers the family group.
• All purchases sit behind a parental gate and must be completed by an adult.

Acceptable use

The app is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its content.

Liability

The app supports handwriting practice; progress varies from child to child and no specific outcome is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
